Today I thought I would share with you the Make Up products I would use if I have very limited time to get ready or I just want to go for something very basic and natural.
It only consists of 5 products and will literally take me less than 5 minutes.
The first product I will use is the IT Cosmetics CC Cream – this is a holy grail product for me and I will without a doubt always reach for this over any other foundation.
It gives just enough coverage without looking like you are wearing too much make up.
I have talked about this product in quite a few of my previous posts so if you want to hear more of my thoughts on it check out the posts linked at the bottom of this one.
The next product I will use is the Nars Matte Concealer – this product has now become my holy grail concealer. It has amazing coverage and is really easily blendable.
Over the past 3 months or so I have really got into doing my eyebrows; I am not the best at it at the moment and I used to never do it but now I can’t do my make up without doing my eyebrows. To do my eyebrows I use the Hourglass Brow Sculpting Pencil – it is on the pricey side of make up but it is the only product that I have ever found that matches my eyebrow colour. I have strawberry-blond-ish hair and my eyebrows are quite pale so I find it very hard to find something that matches but I love this product a lot.
When doing my make up I will always go for blush over bronzer or highlighter – my skin is very pale so I like to add a bit of colour back into my face and bronzer just makes me look very orange most of the time so I reach for blush.
This product is one I recently discovered that my mum gave me when she got it in a set for free but I love it. It is one of the Bobbi Brown Cheek & Lip Tints – it is a really nice purply mauve colour that is perfect for the transition between Summer and Autumn.
It is also great because it can be used on the cheeks and on the lips so it is a multi-purpose product.
The final product I will use is the Benefit They’re Real Tinted Primer.
Recently I got my eyelashes tinted so I haven’t needed much mascara so this tinted primer is perfect as it gives the lashes just that little bit more definition and length.
When I haven’t had my lashes tinted I would probably use the Benefit Roller Lash but the primer has been great at the moment.
I will usually also add some powder, usually the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder.
I hope you enjoyed this post!
Let me know if you have tried any of these products or if you think there are any other products you think I should try.
