If you know me, you may know that I am a huge fan of baths, especially in the winter and Lush is one of my favourite places to go for bath products so I thought I would do a Lush Halloween & Christmas Haul.
I know it is a little early for Christmas for some but I love to make Christmas last as long as possible.
My favourite products from Lush are the bubble bars – I can’t have a bath without bubbles!
I picked up some bubble bars from the Halloween and Christmas collection and thought I would share with you the ones that I got.
With the bubble bars you crumble them under running warm running water to create lots of bubbles.
I did a Christmas Lush Haul last year during blogmas so if you want to see that post click here.
Bewitched – £4.25
Olibanum Oil and Bergamot Oil
I’ve never tried any of the Lush Halloween products before so I thought I would give them a try.
My first pick was this cute black and yellow cat and I was instantly drawn to it because I adore cats and I thought it was super cute!
It smells amazing and I can’t wait to try it.
However, I am a bit worried that it is going to turn my bath black…
Sparkly Pumpkin – £4.25
Juniperberry Oil, Lime Oil and Grapefruit Oil
I had heard so many people talk about how much they love this bubble bar and that it is so many people’s favourites so I knew I had to give it a try.
Again, it smells great and I love the colour of it as it feels so autumnal but I am a bit worried about how glittery it is…I feel like I’m going to get out the bath and look like a glittery mess.
Christmas Cracker – £5.95
Lime Oil, Lemon Myrtle Oil and Organic Cocoa Butter
This is one of the Christmas products that I think is new; I personally haven’t seen it before so that’s what I’m thinking.
I was instantly drawn to this because of the colours and I think it is so pretty!
It is also much bigger than I expected it to be so I think it’s going to last me a really long time which is great.
Plum Snow – £5.95
Osmanthus Absolute, Petitgrain Oil and Sicilian Mandarin Oil
This is another new one that I hadn’t seen before and I think it is so pretty!
It really reminds me of winter and all things cosy – I can’t wait to see what it looks like in the bath.
It doesn’t smell like what I thought it would smell like as it is quite fresh and fruity whereas I thought it would be a bit richer and warmer but I still really like it.
Like the Christmas cracker bubble bar, it is much bigger than I thought it would be which I am glad about as it will last me ages.
Christmas Eve – £3.95
Ylang Ylang Oil, Irish Moss Powder, Jasmine Absolute
I think this is another new product for this year – it is very different to something I would usually go for but I think it is really cute and it smells really nice.
This bubble bar is much smaller than the other ones but I don’t really mind that as much.
I am intrigued to what my bath will look like when I put it in the water.
The Snowman – £4.25
Sicilian Lemon Oil, Soya Milk Powder and Lemon Myrtle Oil
When I saw this bubble bar I thought it was so cute! Its’s a little snowman!
I am a sucker for anything cute and as Olaf is one of my favourite Disney characters, I couldn’t resist.
I feel like this one is going to be really moisturising and will be great when it gets really cold and your skin gets really dry.
Candy Mountain – £3.25
Vanilla Absoulte, Sodium Bicarbonate and Cornflower
This one has been my favourite for years – I think it was one of the first products I ever tried from Lush and I buy it every year at Christmas time because it is one of my favourites.
This bubble bar smells amazing! It is such a sweet scent that I love when it is coming up to Christmas and it makes your bath turn the most amazing shade of pink which I love!
Would definitely recommend this one to everyone.
Magic of Christmas – £5.95
Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Almond Essential Oil and Sweet Orange Oil
This is another one of my all time favourite Lush products.
For me this is the ultimate Christmas bath product – it smells like Christmas and it makes the bath turn the most amazing orangey colour!
The only thing that I don’t like about it is the huge amount of glitter on it as it sticks to everything and is very hard to get off but I can overlook that for everything else.
It also lasts a super long time as it is one of the ones that you swirl in the water rather than crumbling it under the water.
This is another one that I would highly recommend for the Christmas period.
The Comforter – £4.95
Bergamot Oil, Cassis Absolute and Cypress Oil
The Comforter isn’t exactly a Halloween or Christmas product but I thought I would include it anyway because it is a great product to use in winter.
This is another bubble bar that is really big so you can use it loads of times.
It smells great and turns the water a lovely purply-pink colour and creates the best bubbles – would highly recommend.
This along with Candy Mountain and The Magic of Christmas are my top 3 favourites.
Top 3 Favourite bubble bars:
- Candy Mountain
- The Magic of Christmas
- The Comforter
I hope you enjoyed this Lush Halloween & Christmas Haul – let me know if you have tried any of these products and which ones were your favourite.
