Zoella Beauty Jelly & Gelato Review

When I saw Zoe was releasing a new collection this summer I practically squealed with excitement!
I am a huge fan of Zoe and everything she does, including her amazing beauty ranges.

I have done a few reviews of her ranges in in the past including her 2016 Zoella Beauty Christmas range and the Zoella Lifestyle Range.

The most important part of the product, THE SCENT.
When I ordered these products I didn’t actually know what they smelt like – I heard the description of what Zoe said they smelt like but hadn’t smelt them in person but I have loved all of the scents in the past so was pretty certain I would love this one too. And I was right…it is amazing!
I feel like I have similar tastes in scents to Zoe as I tend to like most of the same scents that she does.

The scent Zoe chose for this collection was Elderflower & Pomegranate with Double Cream.
This scent is perfect for summer because it is fruity but also light so it isn’t too sweet and overpowering.
I think this is my favourite scent out of all the Zoella Beauty Ranges.

The packaging of this collection is by far my favourite so far out of all of the Zoella Beauty collections so far.
I love all the bright colours and the creative packaging such as the shower shake with the little straw coming out of the top – it is all so cute!

When I ordered these products from Superdrug there was a 25% discount because they had just launched so all the products were a bit cheaper than they would usually be.
With the discount, the five products I ordered came in at under £30 which I thought was amazing!
These products are such high quality but they don’t come with that high price tag, which makes them so accessible and affordable for so many people.

All the products in the range are under £10, which is amazing!

Jelly & Gelato Cream Scrub £7.50

This scrub is so lovely to use because it is a cream scrub so it polishes your skin and moisturises it as well.
Sometimes when you use body scrubs they can dry out your skin but this helps that problem with the addition of the double cream.

Jelly & Gelato Shower Sauce £5

This is another great body wash by Zoella Beauty that smells amazing!
It is the only shower gel that I have been using since it arrived in the post (after I took these photos) and I have been loving using it in the shower.

Jelly & Gelato Body Pudding £8

This is a great body cream and is perfect for summer because it is moisturising but not too thick like a lot of body creams are.
The scent also lingers on the skin for a long time after you apply it, which I love as then you don’t have to put on a perfume or body mist afterwards.
It also has little beads within the cream that burst when you rub it into the skin to add extra moisture.

Jelly & Gelato Shower Shake £6

This is similar to the shower sauce but it is a moisturising body wash – this is great for when you are in a rush and don’t have time to put on moisturiser after your shower or you just don’t want to as it moisturises in the shower whilst you are washing yourself.
This product does really work as you get out of the shower with your skin feeling super smooth – if you use this with the cream scrub as well your skin feels incredible.

Jelly & Gelato Bath Frosting £7

I was so intrigued when I saw this product as I have never seen anything like it but I love the idea of it.
I often find that some bath products dry out my skin and I come out the bath and my skin feels quite uncomfortable but using this makes your skin feel so moisturised and soft afterwards.
In this cute box you get four sachets of the bath milk powder to add to your bath to create a lovely milky bath that will help moisturise your skin while you soak.
I love bubbles in my bath so I will add some of the milk powder then some bubble bath as well to create the perfect bath.

Yet again Zoe has out done herself and created another amazing Zoella Beauty range!
You can see how much Zoe loves creating these products as there is so much passion and love that goes into creating every single one and it is amazing to see the brand that she has created that everyone loves.

I hope you enjoyed this post!

Let me know if you have tried any of these products and what you thought of them.

See you next week with a new post,

Everyday Summer Make Up

As we are very much into summer here in the UK and have been having some hotter weather I thought I would share with you the make up products that I have been loving and using in the summer.

Most of the time in the summer I won’t wear any make up but when I do I try not to use too many products.
I don’t use all the products that I have shown at one time, I tend to alternate between different products.

I completely forgot about this when taking the photos but in the summer I love using a primer to help my make up say on all day and not melt off my face. As I have oily skin, using a primer also helps me stay a little bit less shiny.
The primer that I have been using at the moment is the L’Oreal Infallible Primer Matte Base and it really helps my make up stay on all day and reduces shine.

My foundation of choice for summer is the IT Cosmetics CC Cream which you have probably heard me talk about a lot already because it is one of my all time favourite make up products.
The reasons that I love it so much, especially during summer, is because it is very light-weight and you can barely feel it on the skin but it still gives pretty good coverage and also it has SPF 50+ and because I have very fair skin this is great as it means you have that extra protection for your face

Another product you have probably heard me talk about a lot is the Nars Soft Matt Complete Concealer.
This concealer is amazing for covering dark circles and spots (which I have quite a lot of at the moment) so I have been absolutely loving it and will definitely be re-purchasing.

I have tried quite a few powders over the past few years as I have quite oily skin so I have to use it every time I put my make up on, but I have always gone back to the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder because it is such good value and works as well as any high end powder.

There are two different blushes that I have been using this summer.
The first one I have been using is the Stila Watercolour Blush as it is perfect if you just want something quick and easy that won’t go cakey on your skin in the heat. I love it because it is a liquid formula so it is perfect for summer.
The second blush I have been using is from the Becca Afterglow Palette – I love this palette so much as it has such beautiful shimmery shades that are perfect for summer.

I only recently started doing my eyebrows because my eyebrow hairs are very light so I didn’t really see the point in doing anything with them until now.
I also recently got them shaped and tinted which was such a great decision as I can actually now see my eyebrows and it makes filling them in so much easier.
One really annoying thing for me is that I have ginger hair and my eyebrows are very light so I find it so hard to find any sort of eyebrow product that is the right shade for me.
However, I found this eyebrow pencil/wax from Hourglass that is in the Blonde shade but works perfectly and I love it – it also has a little spoolie on the end which is very helpful.
I also then add a little bit of the Rimmel brow gel to help set them into place.

Before I put on my eyeshadow I always use the Nars Smudge-proof eyeshadow base as it is so good at keeping your eyeshadow on all day without creasing.
I very rarely wear eyeshadow in the summer because I don’t really like the feel of it on my eyelids but if I do I have been reaching for this Mac single eyeshadow in ‘All That Glitters’ – it is a lovely taupy colour that is very easy to apply and will stay on all day.

Mascara is one of those make up products for me that I feel like makes the most difference because I have very light eyelashes that you can’t really see so when I put mascara on you can really see the difference.
If I am not wearing very much make up but still want a bit of mascara I will wear the Benefit They’re Real Tinted Primer as it really separates and defines your eyelashes.
If I am wearing a full face of make up then I will use Benefit’s Roller Lash as it is a bit darker.

Setting Spray

In the summer I always make sure that I put on a setting spray to keep my make up in place all day. My favourite setting spray is the Urban Decay All Nighter as it keeps my make up on all day and helps with shine.

On my lips in the summer I tend to wear brighter pinks rather than nudes but nothing too bold. I have been reaching for this tinted Vaseline lip balm recently and the Lancome Juicy Shakers as they give a hint of colour on the lips without looking too much.

I hope you enjoyed this post and that it gave you some make up inspiration!

Summer Beauty Essentials

The past few weeks in the UK we have been experiencing a heat wave and as many people know, us Brits are never one to pass on complaining about the weather – whether that it too hot or too cold.

I’m not the best with heat as I have very fair skin and ginger hair so I have been one of the complainers but I thought I would share some of my summer beauty essentials that I have been using during this ridiculously hot spell.

*after writing this post and getting ready to put it up the weather has gone back to typical England and is cloudy and chilly but at least we had a bit of sun to enjoy*

Make Up

I have spoken about this product quite a lot on my blog as it is one of my favourite make up products at the moment but I am really loving it at the moment because it has SPF50+ – because of my fair skin I have to always wear factor 50+ suncream to prevent myself getting burnt so this is a great product for me.
It is also gives great coverage (which I’m loving at the moment because I have many breakouts) but is very lightweight on the skin so you don’t feel like you are wearing a lot of make up which is what you want in the summer and with the heat.

As it has been so hot I haven’t been trying to keep my make up to a minimum and use very few products.
I have been loving using this blush because it is a cream/liquid formula so it doesn’t get cakey on the skin like a powder product would. It is also a blush and highlighter in one as it has a slight shimmer to it so I only have to use one product rather than two.

In the summer I love wearing nail polish, when I actually have the patience to put it on – doing my nails is my least favourite beauty thing to do as I get frustrated when it goes wrong and takes so long to dry.
But when I do put on nail polis in the summer I love to wear bright colours and this nail polish from Smith & Cult is exactly that. It is a bright pink and I love wearing colours like this in the summer, especially on my toe nails.

I use powder all year round because I have oily skin but in the summer I use it every time I put on make up.
I have tried quite a few powders but this is always the one I go back to because it is so cheap, lasts a long time and keeps my skin matte for the longest (most of the time).

In the summer especially, this is one of my favourite make up products as it helps my make up stay on for such a long time and keeps me less shiny.
I would recommend using a setting spray in summer anyway to help keep your make up on longer and this one is definitely my favourite.

When I am not wearing any make up this is the SPF that I will use and it is great because it isn’t too thick and doesn’t make you look too shiny.
I have very oily skin so anything can make my skin look shiny but as far as suncreams go, this is one of the best that I have found.
It is also specifically designed to be used on the face so it is very good for sensitive skin and isn’t too harsh.

I have noticed recently that under my eyes, the skin is becoming more dry and the skin needs a bit more love so I have started to use an eye cream more often.
The one that I found that I like is this Origins one with SPF20 – having the SPF makes it perfect for summer as you know that the sensitive skin under your eyes is also being protected.

As I have such pale skin and I burn so easily I have to be very careful about what I use on it – over the years I have tried loads of brands of suncream to find one I actually liked and my favourite one I found was the Kiehl’s Suncream.
I hate wearing suncream anyway but finding one that is a bit less horrible makes it easier to put on.
This suncream isn’t too thick and greasy so feels quite nice on the skin and lasts for such a long time and it is waterproof (to a certain extent) so you can wear it in the pool or the sea and not have to worry too much about getting burnt.

In the summer I always find using a body scrub makes my skin feel so much nicer. When you have been out in the sun, on the beach or just have had so much sun cream on, using a body scrub in the shower makes you feel so much more refreshed and makes your skin feel great.

I hope you enjoyed this post!

Let me know what some of your summer beauty essentials are 😊

May Favourites 2017

Today I’m doing another Monthly Favourites, I haven’t done one of these posts since March because I don’t really try many new things because I’m at school most of the time!

I have a few favourites though that I have been loving over the past month or so – a few of them you may have seen already in my ‘What I got for my 18th Birthday’ post.

I have two beauty favourites this month – the Hourglass lip stylo in ‘Creator’ and Mac ‘All That Glitters’ Eyeshadow.

I had heard so many beauty bloggers talking about the Hourglass lip stylo and I thought I would look into it and see what all the hype was about. When my mum and I were in John Lewis I thought I would give it a try and I fell in love with it. When I first saw the list of names for the lipsticks I really loved ‘Creator’ but didn’t know it would suite me but when I tried it on it actually did which I was really happy about.

I got this Mac eyeshadow when I was in Dubai airport as I was looking for a new eyeshadow to wear on holiday. The lady didn’t actually tell me what the shade was called and when I looked at it later I noticed it was ‘All That Glitters’ which is an eyeshadow I remember Lily Pebbles saying that she loved.
I tried it on when I was on holiday and loved it and wore it every day after that. It is such an easy eyeshadow to wear and you can wear it alone or with other eyeshadows but it looks so beautiful and I have been wearing it every since (when I do wear choose to wear make up).

I have one fashion favourite this month which is this beautiful pair of embroidered jeans from Topshop. My mum saw these and ordered them for me and when I saw them I fell in love!

Topshop jeans are my favourite jeans because they fit me so well and they are so comfy – the only downside for me is that when you wash them they discolour quite quickly and because they aren’t the cheapest, this can be quite annoying.

I love the embroidery on the back of these jeans as they add a little bit extra to a plain outfit. I am definitely going to be wearing these the whole way through spring and summer.

You may have seen this items already in my ‘What I got for my 18th birthday’ post but I have been wearing them all ever since I got them because I love them so much.
They all go so well together and also go with pretty much everything I wear so they have been firm favourites for May and will be for the rest of the year.

I have been looking for a card holder for ages as I wanted something that I could just keep a few cards in and a bit of cash when I didn’t want to take my whole purse with me and when I saw this one on Asos I knew it was perfect.
I love the colour of it and it is such good quality because it is from Whistles and I can’t wait to use this properly.

Earlier this month Lily Pebbles and Anna Gardner, from TheAnnaEdit, announced that they would be doing a podcast and I was very excited about this because I am a huge fan of Lily and Anna and they are my favourite YouTubers and Bloggers so anything they release I get very excited for.
I have listened to all the episodes so far (only 3 at the moment) and my favourite one so far was with Kate La Vie.
I love how they have created something a bit different that isn’t necessarily beauty or fashion related and I really like that. I can’t wait for more episodes to come out.
The episodes are available every Wednesday at 6am and you can listen to the podcasts on the Apple Podcast app or the Acast app. Find it here.

I have also been watching the Vampire Diaries for the past few months. So many people had told me to watch this and finally I decided to give it a go as I needed something new to watch and I love it.
There is a lot of blood and guts in it as you would expect with a show about Vampires and I am not great with blood but I just try to ignore that part of it.
I am currently on Season 5 and am loving it – I do know lots of what happens in future Seasons like who dies and what relationships happen but that doesn’t really bother me and I am still going to keep watching.
My favourite character is Alaric for some reason…I don’t really know why but I think he is really funny and just great! I also love Damon with all of his witty and sarcastic comments. And Damon and Alaric’s friendship is just so cute.

I hope you enjoyed hearing about what I have been loving for the past few months.
Let me know if you have tried, watched or listened to anything I mentioned – especially Lily and Anna’s podcast as I would love to chat to people about it.

See you next week with a new post,

Pixi + Caroline Hirons Double Cleanse Review

I have been wanting to get my hands on the Pixi + Caroline Hirons Double Cleanse ever since I heard about Caroline releasing her own skincare product as she knows everything there is about skincare.

First of all, I love the packaging that this product comes in – it looks so pretty, chic and sophisticated. I love the pink and the copper details, I think they make it look really pretty.
The actual pot that the product comes in also looks so nice and is such high quality.

I love the idea of having two products in one pot for double cleansing as it makes the whole process so much easier.
However, one thing I feel might be an issue is one product running out before the other – I feel like it could be really useful if there were separate refills for each product.
You get 50ml of each product so it should last quite a long time, if you don’t use too much of it everyday.

If you haven’t heard about double cleansing it is basically when you use two different products to take off your make up then cleanse your skin in the evenings.

In the case of this product, the solid cleansing oil is used to remove make up then use the cream cleanser to cleanse your skin.

Step 1: The oil is solid to start with then melts down into a liquid using the warmth of your fingertips. It melts off all of my make up, including waterproof mascara that is usually a challenge to remove.

Step 2: You then remove all excess make up and cleanse your skin with the cream cleanse. I have quite oily skin so in the past I stayed away from cream cleansers but after using the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish I changed my mind and this product did the same as it is very light and not greasy at all so doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky after using it.

After using these products my skin feels so clean and soft. It doesn’t give you that squeaky clean feeling (I don’t like that feeling) , it leaves your skin feeling moisturised and soft which is so nice.

I have now been converted to the idea of double cleansing and will be using Caroline’s tips from now on!

Overall, I loved this product and will continue using it until it runs out (and will probably re-purchase it).
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new cleanser to use that is very gentle on the skin and something amazing to remove make up.

This is a product that anyone can use because it is suitable for ALL SKIN TYPES, which I think it amazing.
It is sold for £24 which I think is pretty reasonable compared to some of the other products similar to it on the market, and you get two products in one.

It is sold in many places now so it is pretty easy to get hold of: M&SASOSCultBeauty

I hope you enjoyed this post!
Let me know if you have tried this product and what you thought of it.

See you next week with a new post,

March Favourites 2017

Hey Everyone,

Today I thought I would share with you my March Favourites. I didn’t do a February Favourites so I have quite a few things to share with you that I have been loving over the past two months.

IT Cosmetics CC Cream – I have been wanting to try this for soo long after I saw Anna from TheAnnaEdit raving about it but I couldn’t find somewhere to buy it in the UK.
I finally found a website where I could get it sent to the UK without a ridiculous price for shipping. The website is called Beautylish and there are so many amazing brands on there and lots that we can’t get here in the UK.
I had never tried anything from IT Cosmetics before so I didn’t really know whether I would like their products so was a bit nervous to buy a full size of the CC Cream incase I didn’t like it. But as I was browsing I found that they did a smaller tester version of the CC Cream, which I was so happy about because it meant that I could test it out before buying the full product. I tried it and loved it so I have now purchased the full size.
This CC Cream is a fuller coverage CC Cream, obviously not as full coverage as a foundation but it’s not a light coverage. It is a hydrating cream so is quite glowy, which is something I don’t usually go for because I have quite oily skin but I really like it. Another thing I love is that it has factor 50+ and because I have such pale skin and I burn really easily, it is great.

Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer – this is a new concealer from Nars and I had heard so many people talking about it that I wanted to give it a try.
My all time favourite concealer is the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer so I had high hopes about this concealer and I love it.
It has very high coverage but isn’t too cakey, which is great and works great on it’s own or with foundation. It is also great for touch ups during the day as it blends in well over the top of foundation.

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge – this favourite is nothing new and it is something so many people have spoken about but it is a new favourite for me.
I have always been a big fan of Beauty Blenders but I have fallen out of love with them recently so thought I would try the Real Techniques one and was very happy with the results. I like how there is a pointed end as well as a flat side so you can easily apply products to every part of your face.

I have been looking for a long sleeve grey body suit for a long time now and have never found the right one, until I saw this one in M&S.
It fits so well and doesn’t feel uncomfortable – I love the colour and the fit of it and it is perfect for the transition between winter and spring.
I love wearing it with black high waisted jeans as more of a casual look but you can also dress it up with a skirt and boots.

I have been loving quite a few films and TV shows over the past few months but here are my top 3 favourites.

Firstly, the TV show that I have been loving this month is Riverdale.
I’m sure a lot of you will have heard of it, but if you haven’t, it is a new TV show on Netflix that started at the beginning of this year.
I featured the show in my blog post two weeks ago where I talked about my 5 Favourite TV Shows to Binge Watch, which you can check out here.

Riverdale Synopsis: Set in the present day and based on the iconic Archie Comics characters, “Riverdale” is a surprising and subversive take on Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead, Josie and their friends, exploring the surrealism of small town life — the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome facade.

I heard so much about this TV show and so many people told me I should watch it but I had also heard that it was really scary so I put off watching it because I’m not great with scary things. But I decided to give it a go and I am so glad I did!
It really isn’t scary, it’s quite dark and creepy at points but not scary, which I really like.
The cast for this show is amazing and I love them all!
I would 100% recommend watching this show if you are looking for something new to watch on Netflix.

I have been loving two films this month, neither of them are very new but I have recently discovered them this month.

The first film I loved this month was Bridget Jones’ Baby. I don’t know why I haven’t seen this film before now because it is so good.

Bridget Jones’ Baby synopsis: Breaking up with Mark Darcy leaves Bridget Jones over 40 and single again. Feeling that she has everything under control, Jones decides to focus on her career as a top news producer. Suddenly, her love life comes back from the dead when she meets a dashing and handsome American named Jack. Things couldn’t be better, until Bridget discovers that she is pregnant. Now, the befuddled mom-to-be must figure out if the proud papa is Mark or Jack.

I watched this film when I went over to my friends’ house and we all had a movie night – it was so much fun and we all had a great time.
I have to admit that I haven’t seen any of the other Bridget Jones films but you don’t really need to watch the previous ones before watching this one.
It is sooo funny and I was nearly crying with laughter at some points. Emma Thompson is in this film as the midwife and I think she is absolutely hilarious and one of my favourite actresses.

The second film I have been loving is Now You See Me 2 – if you haven’t seen the first Now You See Me I would definitely recommend it.

Now You See Me 2 Synopsis: After fleeing from a stage show, the illusionists  known as the Four Horsemen find themselves in more trouble in Macau, China. Devious tech wizard Walter Mabry forces the infamous magicians to steal a powerful chip that can control all of the world’s computers. Meanwhile, vengeful FBI agent Dylan Rhodes  hatches his own plot against Thaddeus Bradley, the man he blames for the death of his father.

Most people say that they prefer Now You See Me 1 but I love them both – they are such amazing films.
There are certain scenes in this film that are incredible such as the card throwing scene in the middle of the film – I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t seen it but it is amazing.
I also love the cast, I think they are all hilarious and they all work so well together and also Dave Franco in this film 😍

My random favourite for this month has been this Diptique Rosa Mundi candle, which smells incredible!!
It was a limited edition candle for Valentine’s Day so I don’t want to burn it too often because I am worried that it will run out too quickly.
The packaging is so beautiful and matches the scent perfectly – it has a mix of damascena, the damask rose, and centifolia, the May rose. Additional notes include currant, bergamot, lychee and geranium.
Diptique candles are quite pricey so I got the mini one but I wish I got a bigger size as I love the scent so much.

I hope you enjoyed seeing what I have been loving this month, let me know what things you have been loving.

See you next week with a new post,

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick Review

Hey Everyone,

Today I thought I would do a beauty review on the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick.
I have always been a fan of Charlotte Tilbury, the quality of the products are amazing and the packaging is beautiful and that all comes with quite a big price tag. The only negative I have is that none of the foundations in the collection are light enough for my skin tone, which is annoying considering Charlotte Tilbury herself is a red-head like me.

I was so excited when I saw Charlotte Tilbury was releasing this new lipstick, I have loved the Pillow Talk lip liner for a long time and when I saw a lipstick version was being released I couldn’t wait for the release.
Considering how popular the lip liner is I’m surprised this launch didn’t come sooner.

This lipstick was exclusively launched online and in certain larger stores and is limited edition but I feel like if it keeps being as well received as it has been already then it might become part of the permanent collection.

As they are Charlotte Tilbury they aren’t the cheapest lipsticks on the market but because they are such high quality I would say they are worth the price tag (part of which you are probably paying for the beautiful packaging).

The lipstick prices at £24 and the lip liner at £16 and they are a perfect combination.

Find it online on the Charlotte Tilbury website here:
Pillow Talk Lipstick
Pillow Talk Lip Liner

Pillow Talk is a matte pinky nude, that is a ‘your lips but better’ colour and matches the Pillow Talk lip liner perfectly – it isn’t too light or too dark and would look great on lots of different skin tones.
It is a very wearable colour and could be applied lightly to have a more natural look or darker with the lip liner to go for more of a night look.

Even though it is a matte formula it isn’t drying on the lips at all and it lasts for a long period of time, especially when applied with the lip liner.

I hope you enjoyed this post – let me know what you think of the lipstick if you have tried it.

I would 100% recommend the Pillow Talk lipstick if you love Charlotte Tilbury and have tried and loved the Pillow Talk lip liner.

January Favourites 2017

Hey Everyone,

Sorry there wasn’t a post last week, I had my mocks so didn’t have time to take photos and write a blog post. It might happen as it comes up to my exams that I don’t have as much time to write blog posts but I will try to make sure they go up regularly, even if it isn’t every week.

Today I thought I would share with you my January Favourites for 2017. I have a few new discoveries and also some things I have rediscovered. Quite a few of these things were Christmas presents that I have really been loving so I thought I would include them.

This month I tried out a new shampoo and conditioner and have been absolutely loving them. I first saw them when Zoe Sugg (aka Zoella) spoke about them in one of her Vlogmas videos and said she loved them and I thought that if they can make her hair look so great I had to try them!
They are more on the pricey side for a shampoo and conditioner but I have had these since the beginning of the month and I still have so much left – a little bit goes a long way.
They are the OI Shampoo and Conditioner by Davines and I picked them both up on Cult Beauty if you want to try them out – I would highly recommend them.

I don’t know if you could count this as fashion because it is more loungewear/pyjamas but I literally live in loungewear so it is my kind of fashion.
At the beginning of December, Lily Pebbles and Anna from TheAnnaEdit who are two of my favourite YouTubers and bloggers released two jumpers to raise money for the charity Look Good Feel Better and I fell in love with them so knew I had to buy them.
They released two with different sayings on the front: one saying “Loungewear for Life” and the other saying “#Nomakeupday”.
I picked up one of each but my favourite is the Loungewear for Life one.
They are so cozy and comfortable and I have been living in them with these cold winter days we have been having in the UK.

I think there are a few more of the “Loungewear for Life” jumpers left on the website if you want to pick one up but there are very limited now because they were put on sale quite a while ago but I would highly recommend them.
(I may have picked them up in two sizes because I love them so much….ooops!)

I am planning to do a whole blog post on these two jumpers so let me know if that is something you would like to see.

iPhone 7 Plus – At the end of last year my phone contract ran out and I had the opportunity to upgrade my phone and I had seen so many people talking about the iPhone 7 Plus and after doing some research I fell in love with it and decided to upgrade.
When I first saw the plus size phones come out I thought they were way too big and said to myself that I would never get one but when the 7 Plus was released with the incredible camera I decided to take the leap and go for the plus. Now I am so happy that I did and I don’t think I could ever go back to a smaller phone.

Misfit Ray Fitness and Sleep Tracker – This was one of my Christmas presents this year and I have been using it pretty much every day since I opened it. It is basically a fitness tracker that tracks your steps and sleep. I have a lot of problems with my sleep so my mum got this for me to try and help me keep track of how much sleep I am getting and I have really been enjoying using it. It connects to an app on your phone via Bluetooth so is really easy to use and keep up to date.

I have been wanting some new rose gold earrings for a while so my parents got me these beautiful earrings for Christmas and I love them so much.
They are tiny little sea urchins and they are so beautiful!

One day this month I was feeling really run down and stressed so my mum said we should watch a film and let me choose any film so I chose Frozen. We had such a lovely evening and even my mum said she enjoyed it and she doesn’t really like Disney films so it just made me feel really happy so I wanted to include it.
I love Frozen because of the songs and if I was any Disney Princess I would be Anna. Also, OLAF IS MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER EVER!! I literally love him so much and want a real life version of him! That may sound so strange and childish but it is true.

My mum knew my love for Olaf so for Christmas she got me a Swarovski Olaf Pen and it is literally my favourite thing ever!

I hope you enjoyed this post!
Let me know what you have been loving this month 🙂

(High End) Beauty Wish List #1

Hey Everyone,

Today I thought I would share with you my Beauty Wish List; most of these things are high end but there are a few drugstore beauty things as well.

Kevin Aucoin Sculpting Powder

I have been looking at this for absolutely ages, probably a few years now and have never bought it. To start with I didn’t buy it because I thought the shade would be too dark for me but then they released two new shades, one lighter and one darker. When I saw they released a lighter shade I wanted to try it even more and I am still yet to.

Becca Blushed with light palette

I saw this palette before Christmas and fell in love with it. I have tried the Becca highlighters before and love them so I would love to try the blushes. These shades are so pretty so would love to try them out.

Zoeva Rose Gold Eye Brush Set

I received a set of Zoeva brushes for Christmas a few years ago and they are still going strong and I use them all the time.
I saw this set of eye brushes and thought they were beautiful – I don’t have many eyeshadow brushes so thought this set would be very useful. Plus they are rose gold, what more could you want?

Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips

I have always been a fan of Charlotte Tilbury products – they are such amazing quality and the packaging is gorgeous. I have one lipstick from Charlotte Tilbury already from the K.I.S.S.I.N.G range in the shade Bitch Perfect which I love but I would love to try some more, especially from the Hot Lips range.
The three shades that I like the look of are Kidman’s Kiss, Hot Emily and Super Cindy.

Fairydrops Mascara

I have heard some great things about this mascara and would love to try it out. Mascara is one of the two make up products that I wouldn’t be able to live without so I am always looking for new mascaras to try out. This mascara comes in a regular version and a waterproof version and I am on the look out for a new waterproof mascara so would love to give this a go.

Charlotte Tilbury Mini Lipstick Charms

These lipsticks are from the Charlotte Tilbury Christmas 2016 range and when I saw them I thought they were so cute. The shades are really pretty and because they are so mini I thought they would be great to keep in your handbag – not sure how much longer they will be around for though.

Real Techniques Setting Brush

I have always loved Real Techniques brushes and I have heard so many people talk about how good the Setting Brush is so would love to try it to see if it is worth the hype.

NYX Sweet Cheeks Blush Palette

Blush is one of my favourite make up products so I love how this palette has lots of different colours to try. I probably wouldn’t use all these blushes but I would wear most of them – also, I like to wear different blushes depending on the time of year so this would be great to have to transition between seasons.

IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream

I found this product after Anna from TheAnnaEdit talked about it on her blog and on her YouTube channel. After I heard her talk about it I knew it was something I wanted to try. I have really pale skin so I have to wear high SPF anyway so I like how this has the SPF in the product already. I have heard that it has pretty high coverage considering it is a CC cream so would 100% love to give this a try but it is quite hard to get hold of in the UK.

Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection

When I saw this collection after its release I swooned – the colours are beautiful and are right up my street. I would love to get my hands on both of these products and give them a try because they look gorgeous.

I hope you enjoyed hearing about the beauty products I would love to try – let me know if there are any other products you think I should try.

Beauty Discoveries of 2016

Hey Everyone,

Today I thought I would share with you my Beauty Discoveries of 2016.
I discovered some amazing products in 2016 from Skincare, to Make up and more.

(From Left to Right)

Benefit They’re Real Tinted Lash Primer: I use this product pretty much every day without fail. I use it on days where I’m not wearing a full face of makeup, so when I go to school or just out and about. It is so great and makes your eyelashes look so long and separated. I also use it as it’s meant to be, as a primer underneath mascara and that also works really well.

Revlon ColourStay Foundation: I first discovered this foundation by chance when I needed a foundation for my school ball and I recently re-purchased it with the new pump lid and I have been reaching for it pretty much every time I want to wear a full face of make up.

Body Shop Lightening Drops: I have the most annoying problem of having ridiculously pale skin and I can never find a foundation that matches my skin colour. When I saw that these existed I was so happy and they have become my life saver! You just add these drops to your regular foundation and it makes it lighter, so you can match your foundation to your skin colour. They also do darkening drops to make your foundation darker.

Tanya Burr Lipstick in Pink Cocoa: This was a discovery I found towards the end of the year, about September time but I absolutely love it. Tanya released some new make up products, which included a range of lipsticks and I picked this one up and has become one of my favourite lipsticks. It is a lovely browny, pink and is perfect for autumn winter time.

Nars Highlighting Blush in Satellite of Love: This is meant to be a highlighting blush but I actually use it as a bronzer/contour shade and because I have very pale skin it works really well. It is slightly shimmery so it isn’t perfect for contouring but I really like it and use it regularly.

Hourglass Powder in Diffused Light: My mum got me this powder for my birthday and I absolutely love it. It is a nice alternative to using a mattifying powder as it makes your skin look more glowy and pretty. It is also lovely to use in the summer.

Tanya Burr Baby It’s Cold Outside Cheek Palette: I haven’t had this for very long but I just had to include it because I love it so much. The blush and highlight shades in this palette are beautiful and are perfect for autumn and winter but I would probably wear them all year round.  It isn’t the best for travelling because the packaging is quite bulky but I would take it anyway because I use it all the time.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow Palette: I have featured this palette in quite a few blog posts last year – I picked this up when I went to New York in August as it was cheaper over there but I love it. The shades are so beautiful and are such good quality and I have been wearing them a lot through autumn and winter.

Zoella Beauty Hungry Hands Hand Cream: This hand cream is from Zoe’s Christmas range and I absolutely love it. The scent is the first thing that I love because it smells of gingerbread and all things Christmassy but it also makes your hands feel so soft.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish: The cleanse & polish itself isn’t a new discovery as I have been using it for quite a while but at Christmas they released a new scent (sweet orange and clove) which is my all time favourite and reminds me of Christmas.

Huygens Exfoliating Cream: I first tried this product quite a while ago when I got a sample in a Birch-box and loved it so I purchased the full size. I don’t use it all the time, I just use it when I feel like my skin needs an exfoliate and it makes my skin feel really soft and clean.

Zoella Beauty Le Fizz: In the summer Zoe released a new range of products with a new scent and I love it. My two favourite products from the whole range were the Bath Fizzers and the Bubble Bath – they smell amazing and are the perfect mix for a lovely bath.

Aveda Stress Fix Bath Salts: These salts are so lovely and make me feel so relaxed. They have the most amazing smell that instantly make you feel relaxed, I use these in the bath whenever I feel stressed and need to chill.

Smith & Cult Nail Polish:  2016 was the year I fell in love with Smith & Cult Nail Polishes. I first discovered them when Anna from TheAnnaEdit talked about them on her YouTube channel and blog; when she mentioned the colour Doe My Dear I just knew I had to pick it up. When we went to New York in August I picked up three colours as they were cheaper in the US than in the UK. They still aren’t the cheapest nail polishes but they are such good quality and last so long on your nails so I would 100% say they are worth it.

I hope you enjoyed this post!
Let me know what your beauty favourites of 2016 were in the comments.
